Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年来お世話になってきましたがもう行きません。前日に予約をし、担当の希望を聞かれたので以前から担当してもらってる方を希望しました。希望していた15時は埋まっていて14時なら空いてるとのことで時間変更。当日14時に行くと全く違う同姓の方が出てきた。今日髪は切りたいし希望した担当が休みとかなら仕方ないかなと妥協して客席。そうしたら隣の席で希望した担当が他の方の髪を切っていました。ありがちな苗字でしたが、同姓のスタッフが複数名いるなら店側から確認すべきだし、担当の履歴自体あるはずなので完全な手違いです。さっぱりする為に行って、希望した担当が後ろを通るたびにイライラさせられるようなお店には二度と行きません。手違いで担当して貰ったスタッフの対応には不満はありませんが、あんな適当な対応をする受付がいるなら他の店を探します。 I've been indebted for 10 years, but I'm not going anymore. I'll go there for a refreshing look and never go to a store that gets frustrating every time the person in charge passes behind me. I am not dissatisfied with the response of the staff who took charge by mistake, but if there is a receptionist who can handle such an appropriate response, I will look for another store.
