★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １１月末か１２月始めにクリスマスケーキを２つ（自宅用、知人プレゼント用）選んでそれぞれ午前10時位と午後２時位に取りに行きます、と店側に了承された上で予約して会計も済み予約票ももらってきた。12月24日当日午前10時すぎに行くと、年配の女性店員に「取り置きはしない（いっぺんに持っていけ）」と言われた。予約の話をして、予約票を見てからその店員が、この用紙は本当は２枚書かなきゃいけないとこちらに文句を言う（こちらは店側が書いたものを１枚もらっただけ、ちゃんとそれぞれ受けとる時間も書いてある）。その後も店員が勝手に騒いでから「じゃあ置いておきましょうか、本当はダメなんだけど」と何としてもこちらを悪者にしたい言いぐさ。結局２つ受け取って１つは知人宅へ届け、その間も自宅用のは持って歩いた。お客様センターへ電話して、厳重注意いたします、と言われたけど、本当に注意してくれたかは不明。あんな店員のいるところではもう買わない。

毎月１度だけ土産用に利用中、他の時間帯の事は知らないが、
店員さん達は平日昼前後はショーウィンドウ見ていても買いますオーラ強く出さない限り話しかけてこない。
コージー他店舗より高齢のお客様をよくお見かけする、セカセカしていない店。
Xmasや各節句や値引デーは並ぶ事もあるが、繁忙期も他店舗よりは待たない気がした。
We don't call "welcome" like other stores.
I use it only once a month for souvenirs, I do not know about other time zones,
The clerks buy around the lunchtime on weekdays even if they look at the shop window.
This is a non-secure store where you can see older customers more often than other cozy stores.
Xmas, festivals and discount days are sometimes lined up, but I felt like I wouldn't wait at other stores during busy periods.

お土産用の詰め合わせの菓子もよく買います。
It's cheap, big, and not too sweet. Shortcakes and vanilla chiffon cakes are classic family celebrations.
I often buy assorted sweets for souvenirs.
