h	ha Ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドリンクは美味しかったですが、接客の面で★1です。もう行かないと思います。 ①ドリンクを作る人とレジの人の連携ができていなくて提供が遅いこと。 →ドリンクを作る人が作り終わったことを伝えずに次のドリンクを作り始める。レジの人は気付かず次の注文を受ける。そのため、私のドリンクが出来上がってカウンター下にチラッと見えるのに、なかなか提供してもらえずかなり待たされました。 ②カップがベトベトだったこと。 →シロップがカップの側面に垂れていて、ふきあげもなく提供されたので、手がベトベトになった。 ③ドリンクのベースが常温で保管されていたことに驚いた。 →抹茶、ほうじ茶、ミルクティーなどのベースが上の棚に常温で保管されている。牛乳と混ざった状態のものだと思うので、衛生的に不安を抱いた。 ④お金を触った手でストローの飲み口を触られた。 →ストローをさしてくれるのは有り難いが、さっきまでお札や小銭を触った手でストローの飲み口を素手で触っていてとても不快だった。飲みたくなくなった。お金を触った後は手を消毒して飲み口を触らないように袋越しでストローをさすべき。 The drink was delicious, but it is ★ 1 in terms of customer service.
