R	Robert Taro Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ENTER!! Being a foreigner living in Japan for sometime, YES, I do understand Japanese! I was with my wife here and their food was great. Our order was followed by their introductory entree. (this is basically Table charge, and 500jpy per person). Okay, this is normal. We were enjoying our meal until I overheard the chefs in the back talking about Me and Wife. 'They look like they eat.. but they are not eating much...' A very Japanese indirect way of saying 'those cheap customers'. I was feeling bit akward as I was going to my last dish of the meal. What got me VERY upset was that towards the end of our meal, tall waiter tells my pregnant wife to order a drink. My wife was already full, so she said, No Thank You. Tall waiter: 'Its the rule here, you must order." with a really aggresive look and lookin down at us.... Wait! One drink is 500 JPY, and Table charge is 500 JPY. Thats 2000 JPY both of us, equivalent to a plate of their pasta! I couldn't be asked for any small arguments so just told him, okay, we don't need it but if you INSIST then bring a coffee. He comes out VERY quickly with the coffee, so he is sure to charge us. I took one sip, and asked him for the BILL to come out as quick as he brought that coffee. We paid 7500 JPY. Without tablecharge and my that stupid coffee, the bill is at 5,000 JPY.. Thats not enough?? Portions are very small guys.. Its like a kids menu overseas.. Bad attitude just simply spoils you guys reputation. Please learn customer service! And, its not my duty to help you guys hit your revenue target. Don't push customers around! Shame on the WAITER and the Chef's‼️ ( thats all of them...(ToT) )

Inventive recipes using good quality ingredients for a really reasonable price for what you are getting. ¥500 happy hour draft beer was a highlight my husband enjoyed. They have course options, but we just bought a few options to eat ourselves. The courses ranged from around ¥2,000 to ¥4,000. We loved the outdoor patio seating close to the river.
