シェフと奥様かな？2人で営業されており、とても感じも良いですし、お店もとても綺麗です。
しかし…肝心の料理の味がかなりの塩っぱさで、メインの前に出で来たアサリやホタテの入った茶碗蒸しが、半端なく塩っぱくて急性腎炎になりそうでした?
食材も良い物を使ってるのに…全体的に塩味が強過ぎて残念です。
塩味控えめなら⭐️五個なんだけどな〜?

Chef and wife? It is open for two people, it feels good, and the shop is very beautiful.
However, the taste of the dish was quite salty, and the clam steamed with clams and scallops that came out in front of the main dish was almost salty and was likely to become acute nephritis.
The ingredients are good, but the saltiness is too strong on the whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは一年くらい前に行ったンチだが、そんなに堅苦しい感じでもなく、かといってカジュアルすぎるわけでもなく、雰囲気がとても素晴らしい。お料理もひとつひとつが丁寧で繊細で、何とも幸せな気分にさせてくれた思い出がある。こういう個人まりとしたお店はお料理だけでなく、内装、雰囲気、シェフの人柄など全てが相まって美味しい一皿を演出してくれるのだろう。シャンパンや赤ワインと合わせて食べれば美味しい料理を優しく包んでくれる。また行きたいな。お酒飲めるようになったらまた行きますね！
I went here about a year ago, but it's not that stiff, it's not too casual, and the atmosphere is very nice. Each dish is polite and delicate, and I have memories that made me feel happy. ワインのペアリングもあり。
お客が多いのに、待たされることもなく、キビキビ動き続けるお二人のリズムが心地よい素敵なお店でした。
You can choose from a wide range of courses, including meat, fish, and vegetables. Especially the fish are fresh caught by the chef! You can feel the love for the ingredients.
There is also wine pairing.
Even though there were many customers, it was a wonderful shop where the rhythm of the two people who kept moving without waiting was comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人1万？位のコースで利用させてもらいました。料理はどれも美味しかったですが、自分はさわらの燻製と、雲丹とかにのカクテルが美味しく、ワインにあってグビグビ飲んでしまいました。コース二人とワイン一本で3万いかないくらいでした。
10,000 per person? I used it in the course of the rank. All the dishes were delicious, but I enjoyed the smoked Spanish mackerel and the cocktails such as sea urchin, and I drank it with wine. It was about 30,000 with two courses and a bottle of wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of my favorite restaurants, and have been there for several times since few years ago.
Their iconic dish is smoked salmon, which is actually an appetizer. I love it more than any other dishes and order every times!
Their bread was good this time, but they used to server a different type one, which I liked better... I tried to ask them what happened with it but they seemed don't even remember...
Anyways I really enjoyed lunch there.
One thing, it became harder to make a reservation for lunch but somebody may cancel. Don't give up even if it's a day before!
