There are always people to help you in the hotel. You definitely will get your monies worth by staying here. The Hotel is a good base to explore Nagano and surrounding attractions.

The location of the hotel makes walking anywhere easy. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. The hotel was easy to find when coming from the train station.

The employees are probably the best we have ever encountered. The free breakfast in the morning was very good and a nice way to start the day.
M	Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Comfy everything! And convenient location too, short walk from Kanazawa Station, near Lawson, Starbucks, 7-11 :) they serve full breakfast in the morning. The coffee was just ok, which is again liveable because it's free ;). Negative: I didn't know how to operate the aircon because it was in Japanese. I tried to press all buttons and set the temperature but nothing happened. But then again I didn't ask or call the reception so actually my fault. Maybe put some English instructions also?.

Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Wifi in the rooms is great. The hotel's restaurants are very good. I got a good night's sleep.

The restaurant facilities are a little disappointing. The bed was typically very hard. You can heat a simple shop bought meal in their microwave. The concierge desk couldn't do enough for us.

Breakfast was included even the room rate was surprisingly cheap.. Negative: Although the room I stayed was minimum size as same as other Japanese business style hotel, it was just good for one person..
