★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理はとても丁寧でした。
ただここで薦められて購入した馬蹄錠が贔屓目に見ても欠陥品でした。
買った当初から動作が怪しく、一ヶ月ほどでしまったまま動かなったので、鍵を破壊する羽目に今なっています。
他の品は知りませんが、少なくとも私は今後ここでは鍵を買わないでしょう。
Punk repair was very polite.

The operation was suspicious from the beginning of the purchase, and it moved for about a month.
I don't know what else, but at least I won't buy a key here in the future.

購入を考えて店舗に行ったら、店員の対応が最悪で時間の無駄だった。
購入のため、店員呼び出しをしたら、すごい待たされた上に、「修理終わってからだからめちゃくちゃ時間かかるけど」と上から目線で言われた。
待ってるの見えたはずで、他の修理の客より前にいたのに、そういう風に言われ最悪な体験。
絶対ここでは買わない方がいい
Worst response
When I went to the store thinking about purchasing, the clerk's response was the worst and wasted time.
When I called the clerk to make a purchase, I had to wait a long time and was told from above, "It will take a long time since the repair was completed."
I should have seen it waiting, and even though I was in front of other repair customers, it was said that way and it was the worst experience.
You definitely shouldn't buy it here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもの自転車のタイヤ修理をお願いしましたが、虫ゴムの交換だけで¥216で丁寧に直してくれました。失礼ながらブレーキと補助輪の調整もお願いしたら、店員のおじさんが嫌な顔せず丁寧に直して下さいました。不親切な自転車屋が多い中、親切な自転車屋さんでした。とても素晴らしかったです。

When I asked for the adjustment of the brake and the auxiliary wheel while being rude, the uncle of the clerk carefully fixed it without a disgusting face. 料金も良心的だし、修理待ち出来る場所もあるので(一階パン屋さんのイートイン)便利でした。
I brought it in due to a sudden bicycle breakdown, but it was helpful to have it fixed immediately.
The price was reasonable and there was a place to wait for repairs (eat-in at the bakery on the first floor), so it was convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リアタイヤの交換をして頂きました。近所の自転車よりも安価で仕上げて頂きました。作業も丁寧で好感持てました。ただ、ショッピングセンターの二階にあるので、入店まで少々手間取ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクの修理に行きました。タイヤもやられてて全交換です。悪い口コミ見て不安なったけど、全然良かったし、何より仕事が早くて料金も他店より安いと感じた。
接客に対しての口コミ多く見られるけど、単にぶっきらぼうなだけで、昔の自転車屋は職人気質のおじいちゃんが多かったから個人的には全く気にならなかった。
帰りにはちゃんとありがとうございますって挨拶してくれたし。当たり前だけどw
接客に対してそこまで求めるならチェーン店の割高店行けば良いと思うよ。
