Ｈ	ＨＭ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ココスの他の店舗に比べたら本当に接客が悪い。注文してから1時間半近く待ってもまだ料理が来ず、『最優先で作らせますので…』って取り縋る店長を振り切って帰った隣の席の子連れ中年の女性のホールスタッフ、とにかく態度が悪い。ふてくされたような接客ばかり。さらに何か不手際があったりした時は『ごめんなさい』ではなく『申し訳ございません』では？注文を間違えられて『ごめんなさ〜い』って謝られて正しい注文の品が来るのにさらにそこから30分近く待ってた近くの男性客明らかに怒ってるのが伝わってましたよそして長時間待たされてるDiDi food。事前に注文が入っているのだから準備しておくべきでは？虫も飛んでいるし、床も歩くたびネチネチと音がする。此処の店舗、大丈夫ですか？ The customer service is really bad compared to other Coco's stores. Even after waiting for almost an hour and a half after ordering, the food did not come yet, and the child in the next seat who returned after leaving the store manager who said "I will make it with the highest priority ..." Middle-aged female hall staff has a bad attitude anyway. Only customer service that seems to have been disappointed. If something goes wrong, why not say "I'm sorry" instead of "I'm sorry"? A nearby male customer who was apologized for saying "I'm sorry" because I made a mistake in my order and waited for about 30 minutes from there even though the correct order came. I was told that I was obviously angry And DiDi food that has been waiting for a long time. Should I prepare because the order has been placed in advance? Insects are flying, and every time I walk on the floor, I hear a rattling noise. Is this store okay?

However, I will never go to this store again. I had to wait 50 minutes before serving the meal. Even though there are vacant seats, it is late to be guided to the seats. The number of part-time workers is small + something is dirty. It's late until the meal comes out. I gave up asking for dessert.
尚	尚人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもを連れて3人で行きました！よく利用させてもらってますが接客も悪く無く立地場所も良い。ただキャパやゴールデンタイムでもスタッフ数が少なく料理の提供時間が圧倒的に長い。スタッフ数が増えればいいんですが！ただやっぱり子ども連れては行きやすいですね！低アレルゲンのフードも充実してるのもいいですね！また行かせて頂きます！ We went with our children with three people! I often use it, but the customer service is not bad and the location is good. Wrong category via Google maps for android app. Please update before another poor traveler is also mislead to this "Ramen" restaurant.
