さ	さとうとしあき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍対策でオーダーがタブレットで行われた。デザート注文を食後にしたが、食事が終わっても中々届かずスタッフさんに声をかけてお願いした。それでもまだ届かず取りやめしようと思い別のスタッフさんにお話したら直ぐにお持ちしますが、タブレットで操作したか？の問い…。久しぶりにココスを訪れてデザートを持ってきてほしいタイミングでタブレット操作をすることなど知らなかった。帰りがけ今一度話をしたら丁寧にお話下さったが、スタッフ不足で行き届いた接客が出来ないのか、それともスタッフのスキルがマチマチなのか、美味しく頂いたランチも残念なキモチになった。次回は、このシステムかわかったので、こんなに嫌なキモチにならずにランチできますね。 An order was placed on a tablet as a measure against corona damage. イ	イリス。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ココスの朝食バイキングを利用しましたが、とても嫌な気分になりました。バイキングとドリンクバーの利用時には手袋とマスクの着用をとお願いされていたが、ドリンクバーに手袋が置いていない。そして利用客の中にはドリンクバーの利用時に手袋を着用していない方がチラホラ。当たり前ですよね、手袋ないんですから。その客の中に、マスクを顎につけ手袋着用せず大きな咳をドリンクバー前でしていらっしゃる方がいた。ドリンクバーのすぐ裏が厨房等だと思うが従業員は何を見ているのか？マナーやルールを守らない客が1人だけいい思いをして、きちんと守ってる客全員がなぜ危険にさらされないといけない？マナーを守らない方への退店要請は従業員が見てならなくてはいけないのではないか？なぜ客である私がわざわざリークしなければならないのか説明を願いたい。バイキングでセルフサービスとはいえ、安全な料理の提供を謳っているならきちんと見回っていただきたい。 I used Coco's breakfast buffet, but I felt very unpleasant. g	gyunzug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフがとても良い感じでした。客に親身になって対応してくれている感じがしました。メニューの相談や注文用のタブレットの使い方などの説明が丁寧で嬉しかったです。ランチメニューの中から「アサリと明太子のクリームスープパスタ」（税込759円）を注文しました。ドリンクバーやスープバー、そしてサラダのセットでした。安くて美味しくてコスパ最高でした。とても久しぶりにココスを利用しましたが、またここの店を利用した気持ちになりました。きっとまた来ると思います。 The staff was very nice. I felt that they were kind to the customers and responded to them. I was glad that the explanations such as consultation on the menu and how to use the tablet for ordering were polite. I ordered "Asari and Mentaiko Cream Soup Pasta" (759 yen including tax) from the lunch menu. It was a drink bar, a soup bar, and a salad set. It was cheap, delicious and cospa was the best. I used Coco's for the first time in a long time, but I felt like using this shop again. I'm sure it will come again.
