ホールスタッフは、接客とサーブのトレーニングをやり直すべきです。
キャッシャーの方は、トラブったのですから、まずそちらから謝罪の言葉を述べるべきです。
おそらく、何も言われないことを願っていたのでしょうが、
クレームを言われてからでは遅いのです。

Used for takeout. I got points for the kids menu, so I asked them to exchange them for merchandise. Although she was a female employee, she responded very politely.
