武	武田幸二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元方が沢山いらしてる辺りで、本当に美味しいんだなと思いました。食べても、蕎麦のコシやら喉越しやら素晴らしい美味しい「へぎ蕎麦」をいただきました。ツユも辛くも無く、甘くも無く、濃くも無く、薄くも無く、スッキリ上品で自分好みのツユでした。又、機会が有れば行きたいです。 There are many locals, so I thought it was really delicious. レ	レモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のお昼1時頃に伺いました。待ちは4組くらい20分ほどでした。今回は店内で待ちましたが外で待ちたい人や車内で待ちたい人は無線の呼び出しベルを渡してもらえるようです。コロナ対策はばっちりですね。へぎそばと天ぷら、おにぎり、ミニかつ丼を注文。そばはコシがありのど越し抜群。そばつゆは若干甘めで鰹節の風味がして薄すぎず濃すぎずでそばの風味をかき消さないちょうどいい濃さ。すごく美味しい。箸が進みます。天ぷらもカラッと揚がっており抜群のうまさ。とくにふきのとうの天ぷらがおいしかった。普段そんなに頻繁に蕎麦は食べませんが、こちらの蕎麦は頻繁に通いたいと思えるほどの美味しさでした。ごちそうさまでした。 I visited around 1 pm on Saturday. The wait was about 20 minutes for 4 groups. This time I waited in the store, but those who want to wait outside or in the car seem to be given a wireless pager. Corona measures are perfect. I ordered hegi soba noodles, tempura, rice balls, and mini katsudon. The buckwheat is chewy and has an excellent throat. The soba soup is slightly sweet and has the flavor of dried bonito, not too thin and not too thick, and has just the right thickness to not drown out the flavor of soba. So yummy. eat with relish. The tempura is also crispy and delicious. The butterbur sprout tempura was especially delicious. I don't usually eat soba so often, but this soba was so delicious that I wanted to go there often.
