普通でした、能代、飯島、河辺とは違う。
チャーシューは薄く、メンマは細く。
大盛もなんか少ない感じ、私だけ？

It was normal, different from Noshiro, Iijima, and Kawabe.

八郎潟店は、通ってしまう程に美味い。
ネギ味噌とんこつがオススメ。
An ancestral ramen shop has different taste depending on the store even in the chain.
The Hachirogata store is delicious enough to pass.
Negi miso tonkotsu is recommended.

個人的に好きです。
南蛮ラーメンを注文される方は麺硬めと
注文した方がいいと思います。
ただ、他の方もコメントしている通り、挨拶が
全く無く無愛想でイメージを悪くしています。
営業時間も午後4時30分ぐらいで終っちゃいます。

肉野菜南蛮定食（1,100円）をいただきました。
肉野菜炒め、ライス、漬物、元祖ラーメンショップの看板メニューである『南蛮ラーメン』のミニサイズ（実質ハーフサイズ）のセットです。
南蛮ラーメンはとんこつしょうゆスープ（あっさり系）のラーメンに、コショウをきかせたネギと細切れのチャーシューを乗せたラーメンです。こちらのラーショには5種類の南蛮ラーメンがありました。
肉野菜炒めは塩味がついていましたが、このごはんの量をさばききるには（個人的には）ちと薄味だったかなと。申し訳ありませんが、醤油を少々かけさせていただきました。
平日は11〜16時、土日は11〜17時の営業で、夜はやっておりません。
2020.2.6 First visit
We had a meat and vegetable Nanban set meal (1,100 yen).
It is a mini size (real half size) set of “Nanban Ramen” which is a signboard menu of stir-fried meat, rice, pickles, original ramen shop.
Nanban ramen is a ramen made of tonkotsu soy sauce soup (easy), laden with pepper and leek and shredded char siu. There were 5 kinds of Nanban ramen in this rasho.
Stir-fried meat and vegetables had a salty taste, but I guess it was (individually) light to taste this rice. I'm sorry, I ate a little soy sauce.
It is open from 11:00 to 16:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 to 17:00 on weekends, and is not open at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気の南蛮ではなく塩ラーメン食べました。中細のストレート麺で、味はあっさりです。ほぼ想像通りの味ですが良くまとまってはいると思います。
I ate salt ramen instead of the popular Nanban. Medium-thin straight noodles with a light taste. The taste is almost as expected, but I think it is well organized.
