一口目は魚醤のクセを感じますが二口目以降は気にならなかったです。
魚醤スープと海苔の味が絡み合って美味しいです。
 Shiyotsuru Ramen is delicious.
The first mouth feels the taste of fish sauce, but I didn't care after the second mouth.
The taste of fish soup and nori is intertwined and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しょっつるラーメンを目当てに夜立ち寄ったのですが、浴衣姿の団体客でいっぱいで対応できないとお断りされてしまいました。
なかなか行く機会のない地方ですので
もう食べることができないと思いますのでとても残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ナマハゲ太鼓を観てから…美味いと評判の【しょっつるラーメン/海苔】をいただきました。気の利いた日本酒の品揃えで出来上がりを待つ間に地酒を呑みつつ…。出汁の優しい旨味と麺のツルツル感で評判通りの美味しさでした。
After watching Namahage Taiko ... I had a delicious and popular [Shottsuru Ramen / Nori]. While waiting for the completion with a nice assortment of sake, while drinking local sake ... The gentle taste of the soup stock and the smoothness of the noodles made it as delicious as the reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勿論初めての訪問です。男鹿半島に会のメンバーと旅行です。民宿から、カラオケに来て、その後に締めラーメン‼️極細やや縮れ麺。自分は醤油ラーメン‼️美味しく頂きました‼️皆も、よく入るものですね?✋ご馳走様でした。

お酒も多少アリ❗
優しいお母さんが暖かい接客で迎えてくれました❗
お通しはマイナーなご当地の海藻を出してくれて美味しい！
推しのしょっつるラーメンは独特の味わいですが、とても美味しいです❗
個人的には二日酔いからの温泉に入ってから食べたらブチアガると思われます‼️
