60分の食べ放題コースを頼みましたが提供までが遅いことこの上ないです。2度目の注文が出てくる頃には既に残り時間20分。確かに休日のお昼の時間帯が忙しいのは分かりますがそれにしたっていつまで経っても商品が届かない。最初に食べ残しがある場合は追加で料金を払ってもらうと言われましたが提供がここまで遅くては一度に大量の注文をしてしまい残す方も増えるのではないでしょうか？この手のレビューが度々あるのが分かることから改善されていないことも分かります。これでは他のレビューのようにこうした手でお金を稼ごうとしているのではと思われてしまうのも分かります。
少なくとももう利用することはありません。
これから利用する方は食べ放題よりセットを注文することをおすすめします。
それと恐らくアルバイトの方には申し訳ないことをしました。何度も出てこないのか確認をしたので。

If you are going to use it, we recommend ordering the set rather than all-you-can-eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さん含む接客の方々の接客態度が良くない。(友達も言ってた。)肉質が良く安価なのに、肝心のタレが薄くて肉の脂に負けてしまって味がない。ガラガラなのに客に席を選ばせない。特に店長さんは横柄な態度が目立つ。年配の偉そうな女性もヒドイ。若い社長さんが大きくした店なのに 従業員教育⁉️意識の持ち方に目が届かなくなっているのかな⁉️すこし残念です。外国人の従業員も笑顔がなくジロジロ見てくるので連れの女性が気分を悪くしていた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三種盛りランチ頂きました。カルビ、ロースも美味しく、ハラミがあんまりハラミぽくない！ライスとスープも美味しいが、肝心の焼き台の火が?吸いすぎて、均一に焼けない！火を強くしても焼けない焼き台笑笑お試しあれ〜

食べ放題の場合、サイドメニューがちゃんと小さめサイズなので、いろいろ食べれて嬉しいです。
ただし、ごはんの中は普通のお茶碗サイズではなく結構大盛りなので注意が必要です。
混んでる場合の提供はやや遅めですが、待ってればくるので重複して注文しない方がいいです。
The quality is good for the price. Especially the ribs are a great deal.

However, please note that the rice is not the size of a regular bowl and is quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グループのホルモン店、他店にも足を運び、お店への味の信頼があり、今回こちらの店舗へ伺いました。とてもショックだったため、投稿させて頂きます。食べ放題を注文後、同席していた子どもがドリンクバーで困っていたため、一緒にソフトドリンクを注ぎ、席で食事をすすめていたところ、おかわりのドリンクを取りに行ったドリンクバーコーナーで、明らかに汚れていたコップが置かれていることが目につき、その置き場の上に貼り紙があることに気づきました。まさか、そちらが、使用済みのコップの回収場所だったとは思いもよらず、気づいて驚きましたが、時すでに遅し。すでに、そちらから、手に取り、ドリンクを注ぎ飲み干していたことに、気づいたのです。手に取ったのも、一つだけ置かれていて、まさか、ドリンクバーコーナーに、使ったコップが置かれているなんて考えられませんし、他の食べ放題でも、使用済みのコップが、ドリンクバーのコーナーに回収されるなんて、今まで経験していなかったため、普通に手にとってしまっていたのです。非常に困惑しています。昨今の環境下、また、コロナだけではない感染症や食の事故を考えると、その後、食欲がわくことはなく。百歩譲って、その犠牲者が私であったとしても悲しいですが、この犠牲者が子どもだった場合を考えると、気分が盛り下がってしまい何とも言えない自体です。よく、貼り紙を見なかった当方にも非があったとしても、お店としてはどのように考えられるのでしょうか？

店内は、空いていてホールも仕事していないスタッフが3名ほど。
有り得ない。
普通の飲食店でオーダーしてから提供するのに、そんなに時間かかりませんよ。
テイクアウトのポップを出すなら、時間がかかることを提示してください。
買い物帰りに10分~15分くらい待ってもいいと思っていたのに残念です。
お客様に申し訳ない気持ち、お客様に喜んでもらいたいと思う気持ちは皆無なのでしょうね。

Depending on table or any environment, there are gas stoves that fire power is not strong, it relates to meat taste and speed for buffet course with time.
Buffet meat quality is good and bad at that time.
