その話をした途端に、女担当の態度が180度変わってマジで胸糞悪かった。
めちゃくちゃ悩んで苦渋の決断したのに最低すぎる。
ドレス選びしているときなどはニコニコ笑顔だったくせに、所詮売り上げのことしか考えていない、客を金としか見ていない人だったんだなと思った。
その後も電話は素っ気ないし、送られてきた手紙も間違えたところは書き直してあるだけだったし、ものすごく雑な扱いをされて、ありえないと思った。
どういう指導されているのか疑問に思った。
キャンセル料は高くついたが勉強代だと思うことした。
店は綺麗だし、キャンセルするまでは星5の対応だった。
ZIPの名を汚すような接客態度はどうかと思います。
