昔からあるので、当たり前かと思ってましたが、旦那曰く市民医療センターはどこの市にもあるわけでないそうで。 子どもが産まれて夜中の急な発熱にも、検診は出来ないそうですが、解熱剤を頂けたり、ご対応頂けるので本当に助かりました。 低評価ありますね。 確かにいつも混んでいるので待ちます。 ですが、今まで5回程来院しても、お忙しい中、どの先生も看護師の方も感じ良く丁寧にご対応頂いています。 医療従事者の皆様、いつもご苦労様です。 市民としてこの場を借りて、お礼申し上げます!

日中の子供の急な発熱のときはこちらでお世話になっています。小児科の看護師さんや先生はとても親切で、診察の時にきちんと話をしてくださり、またこちらの話も聞いてくださいます。疑いのある感染症の検査をやってくださるので、とても助かります。診察時間がもう少し長ければいいなぁといつも思っています。(公立なので仕方がないのかもしれないですが…)

内科・・10年くらい前、検査をしてすぐに病気を見つけてくれ入院させてくれました。大部屋でも入院患者は少なく、看護師さんが「夜他の声の人が聞こえるかもだけど、ごめんね」と気遣ってくれました。皆さん良い方々でした。 予防接種・・看護師さんも先生も、明るくよく対応してくれます。 小児科・・受付に最近、勘違いしてそうな人がいて残念です。 保険証を出した子供に、怒涛のように圧をかけてきたので、親が「先生とこういう話だ」と言うと、謝りもせず「知らなかったので~」で済ます。 帰り、保険証が見当たらなかったので子供が聞きに行くと・・ 「返しました!」と探しもせずにふてぶてしい態度で言われ、周りの事務の人達が探しだすと、その部屋から見つかり。。 笑って「ごめんねー」で終わったそうです。子供も最初と最後の対応に怒りつつ呆れていました。 先生は、紹介からずっとお世話になってますが、アレルギーに関して良いと思います。頼りになるF先生が最近忙しくてほとんどいないのが残念ですが、防衛医大からみえているY先生も穏やかで、子供にとても向いている雰囲気です。 以前怖かった他の先生も最近は丸くなってきたようです。 看護師さんは、定期的に変わるのか・・昔は物腰柔らかい素敵な方がいて、サバサバしたお母さん的な方がいて、温かいチームのような明るい雰囲気がありましたが、最近は感情が分からないような事務的なかんじ。良くもなく、悪くもなくです。 処方箋薬局・・最近は接客慣れしてないというか・・コミュニケーション能力のない方が増えてきたように感じます。たんたんとしていて笑顔や明るさはありません。

電話対応が悪い 子供が熱を出して朝8時に予約連絡したら車の中に子供1人置いとけないよねぇ…?当直のおじさん?らしき人に言われ、症状、住所聞かれ話し終えてからの8時半に担当来るからまた連絡しては無いわー。医者や看護師は分からないけど、受付の対応がこんなだと病院の質もどうなの?と思ってしまう。対応なんとかしたほういいっすよ。星つけたくないけど記入できないから1つなだけで、本当はゼロだから。

昼間の小児科の先生はどの方も素晴らしいです。子どものことを本当に心配してくださります。夜間に電話すると守衛のおじさんが出ます。ぶっきらぼうですが、守衛の方に何も求めてません。50〜60代の現場のおじさんってあんな感じなので、不満の書き込みありますが私は気になりません。電話を看護師さんに変わってくれますし、看護師さんは相談すると丁寧に相談に乗ってくださいます。夜間の小児救急も何度か行ってますが、そんなに態度のひどい医者には会ったことありません。ただ、夜間なので、解熱剤や整腸剤等、簡単な薬を出す処置程度しかできないですが、これは救急車で運ばれるような大きい救急病院でない限りどこもそうなので、気になりません。お医者さんに大きい病院に回されるような緊急性があるかどうか判断していただくために行くので、診ていただけるだけで安心です。夜間の病院で、昼間のような処置を求める方が少し無理があります。(と言っても夜間でも必要があれば点滴ぐらいは打ってくれますが)昼間も親切で、夜も必要な対応はしてくれるので、概ねこの病院に満足していますし、救急病院が行ける距離にあって安心してます。他は分かりませんが、小児科はおすすめです。

I'm going to ask the doctor to determine if there is an urgent need to be sent to a large hospital, so it's safe to just see him. It is a little more difficult to ask for a daytime treatment at a hospital at night. (Although it will give you an IV drip if necessary even at night) It is kind during the day and will respond as necessary at night, so I am generally satisfied with this hospital and can go to the emergency hospital. I am relieved to be at a distance. I don't know anything else, but I recommend pediatrics.
