★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しんどいなか話してるのに、話した内容をすぐに忘れるのか何度も同じ説明をしなくちゃならなかった。結局なにも解決してない。余計に疲れた。
Even though I was talking hard, I had to give the same explanation over and over again to see if I would forget what I said immediately. After all, nothing has been solved. I'm tired more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テキパキと業務を進めて下さいました。説明や声かけが誠実であり、信頼関係の構築へ繋がって行くように感じられ、精神的にも負担が減りました。
この支援室が出来た頃、若手職員が子ども相手に話すような態度をしてきたので、こちらから「貴女は具合が悪いの？」と聞く程嫌な思いもしましたが、ほぼ改善されて良かったです。
