★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place if you want to watch sumo wrestlers practice. A bit gold fish bowl like, and will have to get there early to beat the crowds. But can kill half an hour watching if you don't get a chance to go to a tournament

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for doing sports without being stuck to a contract. The gym is good, got a lot of equipment. Go early in the morning cause it tends to get busy at night. The swimming pool is pretty good as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped, friendly staff, cheap and convenient (pay per visit). Gym, pool, archery range, table tennis area, golf range and more.
I only use the gym ("training room"), which requires you to take an induction course before you can enter. The schedule for this is on the website, but only in Japanese as far as I know. It's often quite busy in the evenings after everyone finishes work.
