★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit old but decent facility if youre looking for a place to exercise with very reasonable price. Pick up basket ball practice and games from 6pm every Wednesday⛹️⛹️♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a value for money inclusive sports center which has swimming pool , small gym and various fitness classes. Language can be a barrier but not that much as I have survived too even being non Japanese speaking foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor setup of well-maintained, dated weight training machines with a logbook style of reserving the sole power rack and the sole Smith-machine rack which leaves these stations empty and not utilised efficiently.
The main hall which offers team basketball sports is much better. Competent players and much more participation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what you would expect from such a rich area. Very old but Staff is friendly. This rich district should spend a little more to provide for the health of its citizens. Small weight room but large game area : basketball courts, swimming pool, arts and crafts. Sounds better on paper.
