T	Takumi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、新庄であまり美味しくないトリモツラーメンを食べてしまったので、色々調べてリベンジで有名店に訪問。駐車場はお店の向かいに5台以上は止められる様です。12時少し前でしたが、既に店外に5、6人の行列です。でもタイミング良く入れ替え時間で10分位の待ちでした。店に入ったらまずおばちゃんにオーダーをするスタイルです。事前情報で調べた、スタミナラーメンの全部のせをモツ多めで注文しました。水はカウンターからセルフで貰います。10分位で着丼。澄んだスープにトリモツ、チャーシュー、ネギ、メンマがどっさりとのっています。スープは鳥を感じるあっさりなスープですが、少し酸味も感じる初めて出会う味でした。煮込まれたトリモツは色んな部位が入っており、味も食感も良く本当に美味しかったです。麺は白ぽいストレート麺でこれまたあっさりスープと相性バッチリ。完食完飲です。また新庄来たらお邪魔します。 I used to eat torimotsu ramen, which is not very delicious in Shinjo, so I researched various things and visited a famous restaurant for revenge.
