★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新庄のソウルフード、とりもつラーメンを注文。澄んだ醤油ベースのスープ、様々な部位の鳥もつ、細ちぢれ麺でとても美味しくいただきました。
昼どきでしたが、店内は広く、お客さんの回転もよくほとんど待たずに食べれたのもポイント高いです。
I ordered Shinjo's soul food and Toritsuki ramen. The clear soy sauce-based soup, chickens from various parts, and fine noodles were very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新庄といえばとりもつラーメンが有名です。店員さんのオススメはモツらあめん750円だそうです(≧▽≦)店内は広いですが人気店だけにお昼はメッチャ混みます(^_^;)11時開店ですが、週休日、祝日は10分前には駐車場は満車になるので10時30分には待機しているのがエキスパート的です。もつの中の丸い物体はなんだろう？？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モツラーメンといえば梅屋！情報を得まして初来店。数種類の部位のモツ堪能できたしました。癖もなく美味しかったです。レバー嫌いな方はオススメしません。土地柄でしようか？スープとモツどちらも味がかなり濃いめですので薄味好みの方は別店あるらしいので探してみてください。

今回、来店して人気が出た事に納得した。
しかし、ラーメンは好みの問題なので、またリピートしてから評価変更しますので今日は★３で。
以前は、油が凄く鳥モツもクタクタになってて更に麺は、玉子麺で味が薄れてました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板は蕎麦屋なのに、みんなラーメン食べてました。 鳥もつおいしかったです。もっとコテッとしたラーメンかと思ってましたが、あっさりでスープもおいしかった。
