★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネギ味噌ラーメン中辛をいただきました。
味噌ラーメンにしては、あっさりしたスープですが、麺も中細なのでバランスは悪く無いのかな、と思いました^ ^
ご馳走さまでした！

辛いラーメン好きな方は大辛からがオススメかと。麺が平打ちちぢれ麺なら☆５ですね！
It's miso medium spicy. The seafood soup is lighter than it looks. The spiciness and soup are just right.

その味が衝撃的過ぎて、大学時代にバイトまでしました?
オススメは味噌中辛?
味噌の味わいと辛さが絶妙なバランスです！
チャーシューも手作りで、柔らかいだけじゃなく、プリプリした食感と旨味が最高です?
店舗によってトッピングとかが違いますが、新庄店と七日町店が個人的には大好き(*ˊᵕˋ* )

納豆みそらーめん中辛、大盛を注文。
大盛にしたせいなのか、麺の湯切りがイマイチだったのか、味噌にしては薄い味。
カウンターにレンゲはあるが、穴空きレンゲも欲しいところ。（納豆を掬って食べたいので）
あと納豆は挽き割りだったが、粒納豆の方がイイと思います。
カウンター調味料に七味唐辛子を追加して欲しい。
らーめんに長芋は意外にも合う感じがしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらくぶりで訪問。みそラーメン小辛をいただきました。スープはみそラーメンとしてはあっさり目の味で美味しかったが油の浮きがとても多く味のじゃまをしているようです。魚系の味がしますが強く主張してないので食べやすく美味しかったです。麺は細ストレートでここのスープには合っているが柔くなるのも早いです。また辛さが選べるのはとても良く麺の種類も選べたらなお最高ですね。最後に価格がちょい高めかな。
