透き通った醤油ラーメンのスープは見た目通りの鶏ガラのシンプルな味で、更に化調過多による舌の痺れなどは皆無。合わせる麺も小麦の味わいをしっかり感じるツルツル食感。
パラパラチャーハンも同様に昭和の町中華の味。

The clear soy sauce ramen soup has a simple taste of chicken chicken as it looks, and there is no numbness of the tongue due to excessive overtones. The combined noodles also have a slick texture that makes you feel the taste of wheat.
Parapara fried rice also has the taste of Showa town Chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここはメニューが沢山あり、ラーメンも美味しいんですけど、定食がべらぼうに美味しいです。特にレバー系の定食。レバーが揚げてあってサクサクで香ばしいんですよね。レバーの周りををサクサクに揚げるってメチャメチャ美味しい！このひと手間が味を分けると言っても過言ではないですね。きざみ昆布も一緒に炒めてあって旨味が加わってさらに美味しいんですよね。ここのシェフは天才です。確かに、丁寧に作っているので提供までは少し時間がかかりますが、本当に料理の腕が良いです。是非一度食べてもらいたいです。食べたらわかるはずです、その美味しさがね。というか、久々に来ました、中華堂さん。830円のレバ野菜炒め定食を注文しましたが、相変わらずメチャクチャ美味い！本気でライスお代わりしようか迷いましたよ。自分のようなサラリーマンだと830円という価格ではなかなか来れないので本当に頑張った時にご褒美で来るくらいですかね。いやぁ、でもこの価格でも仕方がない…だってこれ、調理の技術料ですもの…レバ野菜炒め定食で昇天！ご馳走様でした！

Or rather, I came here after a long time, Mr. Chukado. I ordered a set meal of stir-fried liver vegetables for 830 yen, but it's still delicious! I was really wondering if I should replace the rice. If you are a salaried worker like yourself, it is difficult to come at the price of 830 yen, so when you really do your best, you will come as a reward. No, but it can't be helped at this price ... Because this is a technical fee for cooking ... Ascended with a set meal of stir-fried liver vegetables! It was a treat!

支那そばは、THE醤油ラーメンです。
チャーハンもうまい。
私は苦手ですが納豆チャーハンのファンも多いです。
店内はカウンター席のみのためランチ時は空き待ちです。

家系や淡麗系と違って味わったことがない何とも言えない(よい意味で)変わった味でした。??
ちゃーはんもパラパラではないが、(私には)薄味で食べ易い。?量も適量‼️☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から好きなお店。駅から保土ヶ谷橋までのこの道はかなりラーメン屋さんが増えましたが、ここが一番好きです。地元の方が多いです。
ラーメン、チャーハンももちろん美味しいですが、レバニラ炒めはレバーが竜田揚げされていて、たっぷりの野菜と共にぺろりと行けちゃいます。
冬季限定のクリームたんめんもおすすめですよ。
A shop I've always liked. There are quite a few ramen shops on this road from the station to Hodogaya Bridge, but I like it the most. There are many locals.
Of course, ramen and fried rice are delicious, but the liver is fried in Tatsuta and you can go with plenty of vegetables.
We also recommend the winter-only cream tanmen.

It is a traditional ramen that is refreshing and easy to eat near China. However, the taste is not light and you can feel the umami. I think it's a valuable shop because the prices are rarely held down in this difficult time.

餃子は半分揚げ餃子のようにバリバリして肉汁がすごくて美味しかったです！
チャーハンも美味しいです！
