I didn't have enough soup punch, so I topped with grated garlic. It is complete without leaving soup. The taste of wheat in the noodles was good.
新	新生マリンブルー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米原にある長浜ラーメン博多屋があまり美味しくなかったので美味しい豚骨を探していたところ評価も高いこちらを発見しました。スープはしっかりニオイがあるがコクがもう少し欲しい。と思ったら調整用のタレが置いてありました。紅生姜、ごま、辛子高菜、ニンニクが置いてあり好みに合わせられるのでいいと思います。ラーメン￥630 味玉￥100 替玉￥120 お腹いっぱいです！平日にはお得なセットもあるようなので、機会があればまた訪問したいです。 Since Nagahama Ramen Hakata in Yonehara was not very tasty, I found a high evaluation here as I was looking for delicious pig bones. 越	越智寛之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもアッサリした長浜ラーメンです。臭みもなくクセもありません。最初駐車場が分からなくて諦めたのですが店の前になんぼでも停められました^^;食後の海は気持ちよくストレスなくラーメンをいただけました。ゴマとニンニクを大量に使用する私ですが期待に沿った容器でした（笑） It's a very refreshing Nagahama ramen. There is no odor and no habit. At first I gave up because I didn't know the parking lot, but everything was parked in front of the store ^^; After the meal, the sea was pleasant and stress-free. I use a lot of sesame seeds and garlic, but it was a container that met my expectations (laughs).

There was no richness or dullness peculiar to tonkotsu ramen, and it was surprisingly light and delicious. The noodles were thin noodles.
