★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 川西町と米沢市のちょうど境あたりにある無人駅。中郡地区（元・中郡村）の集落の最寄り駅です。川西町にあるJR米坂線の駅は文化財に指定されて趣ある駅舎がまだ残ってますが、ここは新しいです。ホームは目の前を遮るものがありません。線路と雪景色が美しいです。
An unmanned station just on the border between Kawanishi Town and Yonezawa City. It is the closest station to the village in the Nakagun district (formerly Nakagori village). The station on the JR Yonesaka Line in Kawanishi Town has been designated as a cultural property and there is still a quaint station building, but this is new. The home is unobstructed in front of you. The railroad tracks and the snowy landscape are beautiful.
