事前に電話を入れておけば到着してすぐ出来立て中華が楽しめます。
包装はプラパックでの簡易なものになります。
麺類は要相談とありましたが、丼で提供されるので食べた後洗って持ってくる必要があるそうです。
訪問時点ではテイクアウトは10％引きでした。
塩焼きそばを頼んだのですが、これぞ中華料理屋の味！というおいしさでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入り口正面に、ラップのゴミが散乱していてありえないくらい汚かった。入ると、店主らしき男性から睨みつけられ、困惑…。自分は何が悪いことしたか⁇と思ってしまった。店内も汚く全体的に不潔。加え、店主の態度に入り口正面のゴミ散乱…気持ち悪くなり、注文せず逃げるような去りました。そのためこの評価です。ごめんなさいね。

『味噌ラーメン＋半チャーハン@中華居酒屋 点心・戸塚安行』
タップリとのった野菜炒めはモヤシ・キャベツ・ニンジン・ニラ?
それらの旨味の溶け込んだ濃厚な味噌スープ?
程好い茹で加減のチョイ縮れ中麺?
チャーハンは薄口な味付けで、中のチャーシューがなかなかGOOD?
このチャーシューでビールなんてのも好いかも。
ほうれん草のおひたしも付いてくる?
女将さん１人で切り盛り。
開店直後くらいに入って一番乗りだったがまだ準備が整っていなかったようで、
あれこれと作業してから約15分、ようやく調理開始(笑)?。
その後も一食づつ調理するので、チョイと待ち時間がかかるが、常連さんが多いのか皆さん和やかに待つ。
「俺、アジフライ」
「今フライできないの。天婦羅でも良い❓」
「いいよ❗」
女将さんアジを持ってきて
「これくらいの大きさ。１枚❓２枚❓」
「あ～、２枚ね」
こんな会話がなんとも良いね。
新しい店舗でも昭和のようなゆったりとした時間が流れているような店。

The fried rice is lightly seasoned, and the char siu inside is quite GOOD ?
You might like beer with this char siu.
Comes with spinach ohitashi ?
The landlady alone cuts it.
It was the first ride in the store just after it opened, but it seems that it wasn't ready yet.
About 15 minutes after working with this and that, I finally started cooking (laughs) ?.
After that, I cook one meal at a time, so it takes a long time to wait, but I wonder if there are many regulars, so everyone waits peacefully.
