このようにここの賃貸管理物件周辺の住民はそこの入居者を快く思わない場合があるので気をつけて

I was charged a 300,000 departure fee even though I was newly built and lived for less than two years. We will pay the repair cost for the damaged area, but we will charge the entire cost. I don't want to be involved with Token Corporation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い物件に巡り合えず、4件内見を終えたタイミングで、これに決めていただけないとこれ以上いい物件はないので、もう紹介できませんと言われました。
4件の内見ってそんなに多いですか？結局他の不動産屋行って二件目できまりましたので、そもそも探してくれる物件がわたしの要望を叶えてくれていなかったのではないかと思います。
