北	北川寛子（hkita） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 介護制度上の病院ですので、老健や特養にある介護サービスに加えて看護師・医師が常駐して医療的管理下のケアをされています。通常の病院のように急な患者さんが診察にいらっしゃるということはありません。掃除の行き届いたフロアで皆さん穏やかに過ごしています。入院中の患者さんは介護度の高い方ばかりです。介護スタッフからは身の回りのお世話を、医療スタッフからは医療的なケアを24時間必要に応じて受けています。お見舞いに来た親戚からは「施設によってこんなに体調が違うんですね！」と喜ばれます。どこであれ100％の満足とはいかないと思いますが、本人の艶々した顔色を見る度に「良かった」と思います。 Since it is a hospital under the long-term care system, in addition to long-term care services and special nursing care services, nurses and doctors are stationed to provide medical care.
