G	G MURaTa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 調布市深大寺にある総合体育館。9人制バレーボールの大会が開催できる。はれるコート数は三面。体育館は地下1階にある。ロビーにドリンクの販売機あり。食事はロビーの上履きを履き替える手前なら可能。上履きに履き替えて入場するロビーエリアは食べ物禁止。体育館専用の駐車場はないので、車は近隣のパーキングを探すことになる。深大寺は自然がいっぱいで、緑があふれてる。となりの植物公園には広大な花畑がレイアウトされ、体育館の帰りによっても面白いかもしれない。深大寺はそばでも有名。体育館の近くを車で走るとすぐ蕎麦屋が並ぶ通りがあり、どの蕎麦屋にするか悩むのも楽しい( 笑 ) 隣の空き地にドックランも併設されてる。 General gymnasium located in Chodai city, Shindaiji. A 9-player volleyball tournament can be held. There are three coats that come off. The gymnasium is located on the ground floor. There are vending machines for drinks in the lobby. Meals can be made before putting on the lobby. There is no food in the lobby area where you can change into shoes and enter. There is no parking space dedicated to the gymnasium, so cars will look for parking nearby. Jindaiji is full of nature and full of greenery. A large flower garden is laid out in the nearby plant park, and it may be interesting by the return of the gymnasium. Jindaiji Temple is also famous for soba. There is a street lined with soba shops as soon as you drive around the gymnasium, and it's fun to worry about which soba shop (laughs) There is also a dock run in the next vacant land.

There are many free Yoga and excersise courses. A ticket (for 2:30 use) for the training room costs 400 yen. The ticket allows you to use a running room and a swimming pool. Note that the gym is usually close on the first and third Monday in a month.
