★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開放的な造りをした、きれいで明るい雰囲気の体育館です。
一見するとコンパクトな施設ですが、実際には地下2階までありなかなか広いです。エレベーターもあるので、足腰の辛い方や荷物が多い方も移動は楽です。
駐輪場にはバイク用スペースがしっかり確保されており重宝しています。
 It is a gymnasium with an open structure and a clean and bright atmosphere.
At first glance, it is a compact facility, but in reality it is quite large with up to the second basement floor. There is also an elevator, so it's easy to move even if you have a hard time or have a lot of luggage.
There is plenty of space for motorcycles in the bicycle parking lot, which is useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体育館付近の周囲は、碁盤の目の様に区画整理されておりウォ―キングするにはとても良い地域です。 今日17日は、一部店も閉店中で、コロナ禍寂しい体育館でした。
The area around the gymnasium is organized like a grid and is a very good area for walking. On the 17th today, some stores were closed, and it was a lonely gymnasium in Corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体育館とあるけど、コナミとの共同事業体になっているらしく、ジムを兼ねています。施設も新しく、駅からはバスの距離ですが、めっちゃ穴場です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さすが建築家・青木淳さん。変化にとんだ楽しく気持ち良い空間でした。
普通、体育館といえば大きなボリュームの箱とボールト屋根をイメージしますが、地下に埋めると公園と共に街に溶け込んだ、圧迫感の無い優しい空間ができるんですね。
卵形の外観も、うねる内壁も自由な流動性を感じました。広い公園の地面の一部も実は建物の屋上縁化なんだ。
As expected, architect Jun Aoki. It was a fun and comfortable space with a lot of change.
Usually, when you think of a gymnasium, you imagine a large-volume box and a vaulted roof, but burying it in the basement creates a friendly space that doesn't feel oppressive and blends into the city with the park.
Both the egg-shaped appearance and the undulating inner wall felt free flowing. Part of the ground in the large park is actually the rooftop edge of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な体育館ですね。プール、ジムなどがあり屋上が芝生の庭園になっていて、ボーッとするのもストレス解消になりそうです。杉並区区民でなくても使えるとのことでした。自転車置き場の工夫もユニークですね。あと、カフェもあるので今度来ようかと思いました。
It's a nice gymnasium. There is a pool, a gym, etc., and the rooftop is a lawn garden, so it seems to be stress-relieving to be dumb. It was said that it can be used even if you are not a resident of Suginami Ward. The device for storing bicycles is also unique. Also, there is a cafe, so I thought I'd come next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice local fitness centre. Very affordable and plenty of options for classes at nights.
The pool is great although you'll be disappointed if you want to record laps, etc with a watch as no jewellery allowed

Treadmill, stationary bike, bench, barbell, dumbbell,
Smith machine etc...
the equipments are several though Smith machine is only one.
Service charge is ￥400 per time in unlimited.
If u dont know how to use them, Assistants would actually demonstrate.Dony worry about it.
There are a couple of vending machines and convenience store close to the center.
u could go there by bus from Ogikubo station in 10 min or by foot in 30 min
