★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内2、3人しか入れない＆スタッフもゆっくり一人ずつにしか対応しないので、4人目からは外に並ぶ。その列を見て期待値が上がりまた人が並ぶ。という感じ。
それはまあいいとして、その期待値に応えるだけのお味かというと。。。ブラウニーをチョコレートコーティングした普通のチョコケーキです。シェル（プラケース）を使って珍しいものに見せる、パッケージを可愛くする（パッケージ屋さんだから）ことで600円前後の価格にしているようですが、この大きさ・味で600円・・・？神戸というパンとケーキの激戦区において、600円出せばもっと美味しいものが並ばずに買えます。
一番不快に感じたのは「並んで当然」というお店の対応。寒い中待っているお客さんに対し、申し訳ないという態度はゼロ。早く対応するためにメニュー表を渡したり、完売品を先に案内するといった待たせないための対応もない。
ケースにはサンプルをずらりと並べ、てっきり買えるのかと思ったらほとんどが完売。需要に対する数を製造をする気は全くなさそうです。並ばせたいのでしょうね、きっと。
営業日は週に4日、ガラガラの店内に対し外には行列。支払いは現金のみ。オンラインショップも常に完売。こんなお客様本意ではない売り方と600円という価格。それを乗り越えるほど美味しいのかというと、普通すぎる味。
それでも今日も、行列を見て並ぶ人が絶えないわけです。
ちなみにタイガークッキーは違う会社が製造しているものでした。1時間も並んだのに本当にいろいろ残念でした。

The most unpleasant thing was the store's response, which was "naturally lined up." There is no apologetic attitude toward customers waiting in the cold. There is no response to keep you waiting, such as handing over the menu table to respond quickly or guiding sold out items first.
Samples are lined up in the case, and most of them are sold out when I wonder if I can buy them. I don't seem to be willing to manufacture numbers to meet demand. I'm sure you want to line up.
There are four business days a week, and there is a line outside the rattle shop. Payment is cash only. The online shop is always sold out. Such a customer's unintended selling method and a price of 600 yen. The taste is too normal to overcome it.

一つ一つのお値段がかなり高く、それに対して味が相応じゃない。美味しくないです。
最近のちょっと高級なコンビニスイーツの方がまだ美味しいレベル。
また、店員さんが融通を効かせてくれない。
友人の資格合格のためのお祝いの品のために伺い、その子が一人暮らしのため3つだけ購入。
それでも2000円弱しますし、人に渡すので別料金でもいいからラフな袋でなく綺麗な紙の手提げにして欲しいと頼みましたが「箱代と袋代込であのお値段なので…」の一点張り。
別でお金払うからと申し出ても一切の代案もなく普通の袋で渡されました。
結局他のお店で綺麗にラッピングされたものを買い、そちらを渡してこちらのものは自分で食べました。
正直言うと味も不味かったので渡さなくて良かったなと思います。
お店の外観や雰囲気に騙されてはいけないという痛い勉強代でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年12月に伺いました。内装はヴィンテージ家具が使われているようでとてもおしゃれです。ドアノブなんかもかわいい。
町のケーキ屋さんよりも洗練された綺麗なスイーツだと思います。連日の行列と小さいケーキながらそれなりのお値段だったので期待し、シェルチョコレートとムースチョコを数点購入しました。お味は美味しいが特別ではないと思いました。美味しい材料を使っていると思いますが素材同士のマリアージュがものたりないと思いました。お値段と行列で神戸の有名店と比較してしまいました。

平日12時半で、9人待ち。
シェルチョコレートケーキ(490〜610円)は宝石のように綺麗に配列されています。
店内もヨーロッパのお店のよう、お洒落です。
シェルチョコレートケーキ以外にも、しっとりとした生地とチーズクリーム、チョコレートクリームを交互に重ねたスライスチョコレートケーキ(480円)や、全粒粉クッキーにベルギーチョコ使用のチョコレートクッキー9枚(1350円)もあります。
どれも高級感あり、手土産にも喜ばれそう。
シシリアン、ガラハット、オペラは完売。
ラズベリー、宇治グリーン、パッショネイト、リッチマンゴーを購入。
表面のチョコレートシェルはパリパリ、中はしっとりケーキ。
味はというと、正直普通と感じました。
お値段高め設定なので、期待値が高すぎたせいでしょうか。

グーグルマップては評価があまりよくありませんでしたが、人気店の期待値の裏返しだと思っていただいて大丈夫です。
15:00すぎの来店だったので、商品はほとんど売れてしまっていました。人気店の実力だな〜、と。
品揃えが悪いと仰る方もおられましたが、実力があって大量生産されておられないお店はこのようなことがままあります。
お店の方は口コミに負けず、頑張ってほしいです！
私も狙ってたフレーバーには出会えませんでしたが、今度は時間や日を改めてお伺いさせていただきます！美味しいシェルチョコレートケーキ、ごちそうさまでした(*^^*)
