★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プール帰りにドームに寄ろうと立ち寄りました。切符を落としてた事に気付き、駅員さんに言いました。落としたのが悪いのですが、きっちり料金とられました。プール帰りに荷物多くて子どももいたのに、駅員さんはずっと下を向いたままマニュアル人間かのように対応されたことが残念です。けっこう年配の方だったので、余計に状況判断できなかったのかな、と思います。
他の人の話だと通してくれたよーと言っていたので、余計に腹たちます。
もちろん落としたのが悪いのは分かってますが、対応の仕方、態度、最悪だったので二度と利用したくない、とまで思いました。イオンに行くときに使わざる負えないので利用するとは思いますが‥。
楽しんだ思いが、ここの駅員さんの対応で最悪のものとなりました。綺麗なのは見た目だけです。
 I stopped by to stop at the dome on the way back from the pool. I noticed that I had dropped my ticket and told the station staff. I'm sorry I dropped it, but it was paid exactly. It's a pity that the station staff was treated as if they were manual humans, with their luggage facing down all the time, even though they had a lot of luggage and children on their way home from the pool. I'm pretty old, so I think I couldn't judge the situation.
He told me that it was someone else's story, so I got angry.
Of course I know it was bad to drop it, but I even thought that I wouldn't want to use it again because it was the worst way to deal with it. I think I will use it because I have to use it when I go to Aeon.
The feelings I enjoyed became the worst in response to the station staff here. The only thing that is beautiful is the appearance.

なお、地下通路を介して、阪神なんば線ドーム前駅と接続しています。
イオンモール大阪ドームシティへは、阪神なんば線ドーム前駅の改札前に地下通路で接続しています。
長堀鶴見緑地線のドーム前駅のホームは、かなり地下深くにあるので、階段で上り下りすることは出来ますが、心斎橋駅寄りのホーム端にあるエスカレーター、もしくは大正駅寄りのホーム端にあるエレベーターで改札階へ上り下りすることをおすすめします。

It is connected to Dome-mae Station on the Hanshin Namba Line via an underground passage.
Aeon Mall Osaka Dome City is connected by an underground passage in front of the ticket gate at Dome-mae Station on the Hanshin Namba Line.
The platform of Dome-mae Station on the Nagahori Tsurumi Ryokuchi Line is quite deep underground, so you can go up and down by stairs, but the escalator at the platform end near Shinsaibashi Station or the elevator at the platform end near Taisho Station We recommend going up and down to the ticket gate floor.

It is the closest station to the Tsurumi Ryokuchi Subway Line. From here, the Kyocera Dome is really close. The walking distance is shorter than Taisho Station on the loop line. It is the best station for Kyocera Dome.

恐らく試合やイベント事が行われる際は大勢の利用客が当駅を利用するからなのかも｡
しかし､自分が行った際は特にイベント事が行われていなかったのと､新型コロナウィルスの影響なのか､人がまばらで非常に静かな印象の駅でした。

駅全体が野球のＰＯＰだらけです。
オリックス・バファローズがスポンサーなんでしょうね。
また近くにはイオンがありお買い物にも便利な駅となっています。
近くに阪神電車の駅もありますよ。
