とても感じのよいご夫婦が営む店で、酒の肴になる和食を味わえる。
衣が薄く、カラっと揚げられた天麩羅は、サクサクの食感と共に素材そのものの味を堪能でき、酒によく合う。
白和えもふわっとした食感と、塩気の加減が絶妙で、美味い。
薄味だが酒のあてになる出汁の効いた味付けの煮物も、丁寧に焼き上げられた香ばしい串焼きも、上品でイケる。
海無し県が故にしかたないとは思うのだが、刺身の鮮度は普通。
決して安くはないが、この質で落ち着いて飲める店なので大満足。
ただ、周辺の治安がかなり悪く、呼び込みがしつこく声をかけてくるので注意。
A small restaurant in the downtown area of Maebashi.
This is a restaurant run by a very nice couple, where you can enjoy Japanese food that makes a drink.
The tempura with thin clothes and deep fried foods can be enjoyed with the crispy texture and the taste of the ingredients themselves, and it goes well with sake.
The soft texture and the saltiness are exquisite and delicious.
Boiled and seasoned boiled dishes that are used for sake, but also savory skewers that are carefully baked, are refined and delicious.
I don't think there is a sealess prefecture, but the freshness of sashimi is normal.
It is not cheap at all, but is very satisfied because it is a restaurant where you can drink calmly with this quality.
However, be careful because the surrounding area is quite insecure, and the calling is persistent.
