★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一年前のユーザーレビューで評判が良かったので入店しましたが、何かあったのか、かなりひどいクオリティでした。。。
・17時半頃来訪。店長さんひとり。店の電気もついてないので「やってますか？」と聞くと、「営業中の札出てるでしょ」と。もう少し言い方を考えては。
・大音量で野球中継のラジオを流していて（さすがに音量は下げてくれましたが）、あまりこういう飲食店で流すものではないかと。
・店は薄暗くて汚い。掃除が行き届いてないのと、テーブル下に置かれている安い消臭剤の匂いが合わさってかなりゲンナリする匂いです。この時点で入ったことを後悔。
・300円のテーブルチャージでお通しを出していただきましたが、材料が古くて変な味が。。。
・料理の価格は普通かと思いますが、パスタは茹ですぎでグニャグニャ、肉料理は塩分や酸味のバランスがいまいちで火も入ってない感じ、どれもクオリティが低いです。珍しいメニューなどもあるのですが、手間が追いついていないと思います。
・途中で私以外にお客さんが入ってきたのですが、店長さんが気づいてないのか全く応対しないので、そのまま帰ってしまいました。やる気なさすぎ。。。
・ホールさんがいないので、店長さんが作って料理も運んでくれるのですが、暗い表情で「どうぞ」とも言わず置くので、かなり横柄な感じがします。
店の雰囲気が暗く、食事をしていても楽しくありません。店長さんが時折ため息をつきながら仕事していたり、全体的に客商売をやる気の無さを感じました。ホールの人もいなくて一人で営業しているあたり、何かあったのでしょうか。。。

・ Visit around 17:30. The store manager alone. The store's electricity isn't on, so I asked, "Do you do it?" Consider the word a little more.
・ When I was playing a baseball broadcast radio at a large volume (though the volume was actually lowered), I think that it is something to be streamed at such a restaurant.
・ The store is dim and dirty. The smell is not so clean and the smell of cheap deodorant placed under the table is quite gnarly. I regret having entered at this point.
・ We had you put it through with a table charge of 300 yen, but the material is old and it has a strange taste. . .
・ I think the price of the food is normal, but the pasta is too battery and it's too cold, and the meat dishes have a poor balance of saltiness and acidity, and they all have low quality. There is also a rare menu, but I think the trouble has not caught up.
・ A customer came in other than me along the way, but I did not respond at all because the store manager did not notice, so I just returned. I'm too motivated. . .
・ Because there is no Hall, the store manager will make it and carry the dishes, but I will feel quite arrogant because I will put it without saying "Please" with a dark expression.
The atmosphere in the shop is dark and it is not fun to eat. The manager was working with occasional sighs, and I felt totally unwilling to do business with customers. There were no people in the hall and they were open alone, so what happened? . .

近所にあったので行ってみました。
人によって、前評判が極端に異なるのですが、意味がわかりました。
店長さんがとってもシャイで、ぶっきらぼうなんです。
あと言葉遣いも荒くて、愛想も良くないです笑
店の雰囲気も、常連さんが改善提案しても全く受け付けない頑固ぶり。
それでも愛されるのにはやっぱり理由があります。
料理へのこだわりだったり、気づけないくらい分かりにくい気遣いだったり。
一般的なお店だと思わず、頑固オヤジの店だと思ったほうが良いと思います。
今ではカワイイとすら思うんですけど、初見だと二度と来るか！と思いそうです笑
オススメは要予約の月替わりコースメニュー。
2000円で4品のコースを楽しめます。前菜もあるし、お魚とお肉とダブルメインで、量も惜しみ無かったので、+500円のデザート を食べた頃には満腹、大満足でした。
注目するのは、お料理には季節のお野菜がたっぷり使われていることです。また、材料それぞれに合うように出汁に浸してから調理するなど、こだりに溢れています。
店構え的に入りにくいですが、ぜひ事前にコースを予約してみてください。ちゃんと電気点けて店長がお待ちしてますよ♪

You can enjoy the course of 4 dishes for 2000 yen. There was an appetizer, fish and meat and double mains, and the amount was not too much, so when I ate the dessert of +500 yen, I was full and satisfied.
It is important to note that the dishes are full of seasonal vegetables. In addition, it is full of soaks such as cooking after soaking in soup so that each ingredient will fit.

洋風の創作料理で、普通のフレンチより美味でした。
ただ、店主がとても無愛想で、怖かったです。

Lunch of "Western vegetable sake brewery Honda". It's really good ~ ? You can get authentic and vegetables. With a set, this price (1,050 yen including tax) is amazing ? From the intersection of Musashi-Nakahara Station, go straight on the Nakahara Highway toward Tokyo. Right past Book Off.

セットでついてたサラダが、野菜の色が変色しているうえに、髪の毛が入っていた。
メインの料理は運ばれてきた時、思いっきり店主の指が入っているのに、無かったことのようにスルーして運ばれてくるし、ごはんも保温しすぎた味と食感。提供される食事すべて食べて大丈夫かな？と不安になりました。
リピートはないです。
