★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフが皆さんとても親切で、気持ち良く過ごせました。
両親と一泊しましたが、とても気に入って、また来たいと話していました。夕食は個室で、美味しい信州牛と地魚（川魚）と、品数もあってとても美味しかったです。ゆっくりできる宿でした。また伺いたいです。

温泉♨、部屋、食事、スタッフさんの応対、どれをとっても満足度１２０パーセントです。
特に温泉の質が肌にサラッとして心地よいこと…熱すぎず長湯できます。
シャンプーを選べるシステムもgood?
朝食は和食でしたがビッフェ方式でないのが今どきにはイイかも…(*^^*)
帰りの際は車のフロントガラス凍りついた所にぬるま湯かけて頂いてとても助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回ゴルフ帰りに家族で利用させて頂きました。 とにかく接客がゆき届いていて車で到着したら名前でお迎えしてくれたり至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。 お料理も全て手作りなもので一つ一つに心が込められている感じがしました。 朝ごはんも大変美味しくいただきました。 今回県民割で格安に泊まらせていただきましたが、また次回も泊まりたくなるホテルです。 コーナー毎にさりげないお花が飾られていてゴルフの疲れも癒されました。 おすすめのホテルです。

初めての昼神温泉でした。玄関には「湯屋守さま」がお出迎え。雪の時期で迷った旅行だったけど、「湯屋守さま」に会いたくて決行。
洗練された宿ではなかったけど、アットホームで居心地のよい宿。布団敷きの係の方のメッセージが秀逸で、はまった。
お料理も工夫を凝らしたメニューでお酒がすすむ。別注の馬刺しもおいしかった。
温泉はツルツルという感じ。
早朝まだ暗い空、露天風呂から月眺めることができた。雲で月が隠れるとまさに漆黒。雲が流れると、月あかりがさしお月様登場。最高！

Sake is recommended with an elaborate menu. The bespoke horse sashimi was also delicious.
The hot springs are slippery.
Early in the morning, I could see the moon from the open-air bath in the dark sky. When the moon is hidden by clouds, it is just jet black. When the clouds flow, the moonlight appears. The best!

とにかくおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。至れり尽くせりとはこのことだと感じました。星空ナイトツアー付きのプランで、夕飯が少し忙しかったときに、デザートを部屋に持って行けるよう手配してくださり、あとでゆっくり食べることができました。温泉も温度がちょうど良く、肌がスベスベになる感じがありました。シャンプーがたくさんあり、選んで使えるのもよかったです。ぜひ、また泊まりに行きたいです。

今回は主人の退職祝いで伺いました。
307.308号室で、快適にゆったり過ごすことが…307号室はわたしの大好きなファイテンルームでリラックスリラっす…
お部屋も広く、温泉付き。
他のお客様に会うこともなく、安心して過ごせました。
仲居さんの、細やか迅速な対応に嬉しさいっぱいでした。
お料理も、創作性とお味が絶妙で…
家族全員大満足。
信州お蕎麦の創作料理にはびっくり。
こんな美味しい食べ方があるのかと。
飯田の、郷土工芸の水引も、あちこちにありほっこりできました。
まだ、まだ素敵な水引作品があるので、館内にさりげなく飾られると良いのかなぁと思いました。「飯名水引」さんの、技術、作品って素敵ですょ。
お湯もしっとり、まったり最高の温泉。お料理も良し、お部屋も良し…
また、伺いたいと思います。
