小	小坂佳正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天気が悪かったので星空アクティビティはありませんでしたが、色んなアレンジで快適に過ごせました。夫婦で楽しめた水引工房体験が、大変良い思い出になりました。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。今度は天気に恵まれたいと思っています。 There was no starry sky activity due to bad weather, but I was able to spend comfortably with various arrangements. s	sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月に一回ペースでリーズナブルな宿から高級宿まで色々泊まりますが、これまでで最下位を記録する宿でした。枕を個別に選べたり部屋でのアロマ選べたりとおもてなし精神は認めますが、そんなことをする前に食事の提供に関することとスタッフ教育、清掃など基本のことをやり直したほうがいいと思います。・部屋のエアコンが臭い。見上げたら埃がびっしりだった。・夕食時、会場が寒くて40代ぐらいの女性スタッフに暖房をつけて欲しいとお願いしたら「え、寒いですか？」と疑わしいような反応をされ、空調は一つしかないので無理と言われブランケットをくれた。他のテーブルでは個別にヒーターを用意されていた。（他のスタッフにお願いしたらヒーター出していただけましたが、、）・夕食時、アルコールより先にあがりを用意され謎だった（ちなみに食後にお茶は出てこなかった）・隣で既に退席しているところの食器をガタガタと片づけ始めてうるさかった（冒頭の女性スタッフです）・料理の説明は一切なし・新しい料理を持ってきてから前の食器を下げようとするのでごたつく。こっちが手伝う羽目に。・料理が全体的に冷めていた。本当にガッカリです・漬物が最初の先付けと一緒に出ており、白米を食べるときにはなかった。・漬物どころか白米と一緒にデザートが出てきたこのレベルで1人2万はふざけすぎ。食事提供方法（スタッフ）関してはファミレスレベルでした。。きっと温かかったらお料理は美味しいのにもったいないです。阿智村にはまた来たいですがここを選ぶことはないでしょう。。 I stay at a variety of inns from reasonable to high-class inns once a month, but it was the lowest inn so far. に	にゃむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度目の利用なのですが、前回よりもグレードアップされていてびっくりしました。 8種類の中から枕が選べるシステムが導入されており、お部屋のベッドもシモンズベットになっていました。まさかここでこんなハイクラスのベットで寝ることができるなんて思っておらず驚きました。スタッフさんに尋ねたところ全室シモンズベットに入れ替えをされたそうです。もともとも静かで過ごし易いお部屋だと思っていたのですが、更に居心地が良くなっていて感動です。アロマの準備などもあり、至れり尽くせりな空間でした。もちろん「おとぎの世界感」というのは崩されることもなく、スタッフさんの対応も前回同様親切でした。すっかり気に入ったので、また近いうちに宿泊させていただきたいです。 This is my second time to use it, but I was surprised that it was upgraded from the previous time. A system was introduced in which pillows could be selected from eight types, and the bed in the room was also a Simmons bed. I was surprised that I couldn't sleep in such a high class bed here. When I asked the staff, all the rooms were replaced with Simmons beds. I originally thought it was a quiet and comfortable room, but I was impressed by how comfortable it was. With the preparation of aroma, it was a perfect space. Of course, the "fairy world" was not destroyed, and the staff's response was as kind as last time. I really like it, so I'd like to stay there again soon.
H	HI ASA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星空散歩PremiumNightを楽しみに宿泊させていただきました。宿泊するまで詳しく知らなかったのですが、最近リニューアルされたようで趣がありながらも綺麗なお部屋でリラックスできました。枕を選べるシステムも最近導入されたようで、私自身そこまで枕にこだわりがある訳ではないのですが友人と選ぶ時間は楽しく、枕ソムリエになった気分でした。肝心のPremiumNightも静かで良い雰囲気の中、星空を見ることができ心が浄化されました。夜は寒かったですが、温かい温泉で体の芯までほかほかに温まったあと就寝できたのでよかったです。スタッフさんの対応も最初から最後まで親切でした。 I was looking forward to staying at the Starry Sky Walk Premium Night. I didn't know the details until I stayed, but it seems that it was recently renewed and I was able to relax in a beautiful room with a taste. It seems that a system that allows you to choose pillows has recently been introduced, and although I'm not so particular about pillows, the time I spent choosing with friends was fun and I felt like a pillow sommelier. Premium Night, which is essential, was also able to see the starry sky in a quiet and nice atmosphere, and my heart was purified. It was cold at night, but I'm glad I was able to go to bed after warming up to the core of my body in a warm hot spring. The staff was kind from the beginning to the end.

Also, the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. There was little lighting in the bath and I could see the stars in the open air. It was very helpful to have down and rent binoculars during the night tour.
ヤ	ヤングコーン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは日本一星空の綺麗な村として有名な阿智村にある温泉宿泊施設になります。温泉名は昼神温泉。源泉名は昼神温泉新混合泉(昼神温泉2〜5号井の混合泉)。泉質はアルカリ性単純硫黄温泉になります。昼神温泉は硫黄泉と単純泉になるのですが、こちらはアルカリ性の単純温泉なので硫黄の香りは無いタイプで、少し滑りの感じられるお湯です。また見た目とは違い肌へのヒリヒリするような刺激もしっかり感じられます。残念ながら自然なお湯の香りもあるのですが加温や塩素剤の投入もあるので塩素の臭いもし硫黄の香りはほぼ無くなっていました。とはいえ内湯と露天で、包容力のある温めの滑らかなお湯に入れるので、長い時間気持ちの良い入浴を楽しめると思います。館内や食事は全て大陸全体を意識したようなお洒落なコンセプトで落ち着いていて良かったです。最後にこちらに宿泊すると申し込むことが出来るPREMIUMナイトツアーはとても星空が綺麗で素敵な体験になりました。 This is a hot spring accommodation facility in Achi Village, which is famous as the most beautiful village in Japan. じ	じゅん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末年始に1泊させていただきました。スタッフの方々には親切丁寧に接していただき、良い日を過ごすことができました。夕食も凝った料理で美味しくいただきましたが、もう少し種類があれば良いなぁ。と思いました。朝食も同じく。枕を複数種類から選べたり、浴衣と作務衣から好きな方を選べたりと宿泊客への心遣いがよく感じられます。また、Premium Nightへ参加予定でしたがあいにくの雪の為星空を見る事はできませんでしたが、特別メニューで暮白の滝での皿投げ祈願を行わせていただきました。雪の降る夜にそれはそれでとても良い経験をさせていただきました。次は夏頃に星空再チャレンジしたいと思います。星4つなのは料理のみが惜しいところです。蕎麦、天ぷら、茶碗蒸しあたりもあると最高でした。また、チェックイン時に男性に説明をしていただきましたが、声量が非常に小さく、食事の際のドリンクを先に聞かれワンドリンクサービスに聞こえましたが、まったくそんな事はなかったです笑阿智村自体はまた行きたいですが、同じ旅館に宿泊するかは他の宿を見て次第かな…といった感じです。温泉も気持ちよく、全室トイレ付きで、迷路のように入り組んでない歩きやすい旅館でしたので、おすすめはします。 I stayed for one night during the year-end and New Year holidays. The staff were kind and polite, and I had a good day. The dinner was also delicious with elaborate dishes, but I wish there were a few more types. I thought. Breakfast is the same. You can choose from multiple types of pillows, and you can choose the one you like from yukata and samue. Also, I was planning to participate in Premium Night, but unfortunately I couldn't see the starry sky because of the snow, but I made a prayer for throwing a plate at Kurejiro Falls on a special menu. It was a very good experience with it on a snowy night. Next time, I would like to try again the starry sky around summer. Only cooking is regrettable with 4 stars. It was great to have soba, tempura, and chawanmushi. Also, I had a man explain at check-in, but the voice volume was very low, and I was asked for a drink at the time of meal first and it sounded like a one-drink service, but that was not the case at all lol I want to go to Achi Village again, but I feel like staying at the same inn depends on looking at other inns. The hot springs are comfortable, all rooms are equipped with toilets, and it is an easy-to-walk inn that is not complicated like a maze, so I recommend it.
