★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インフルエンザの検査をしてもらうために行ったら、院外で待つように言われた。ビルの5Fにあり寒くはないが、丸椅子に座って待つのがきつい。

体重計の真横で注射してもらっている患者がいて、目線を落とせばメモリが見える状況なのに、体重を量らされる。量った体重も声を出して読み上げる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察も検査も適当すぎて医者も看護師もカルテ読んでないんじゃないかというレベルだけど希望した薬はそのまま出してくれるのでもう原因がわかっている症状を鎮めたいだけならかなり重宝します。
本当に具合悪い時は行きたくないですが空いてるのも助かります。
It seems that doctors and nurses aren't reading medical records because examinations and tests are too appropriate, but they will give you the medicine you want, so it's quite useful if you just want to relieve the symptoms you already know.
I don't want to go when I'm really sick, but it's also helpful to be free.

2年くらい前から風邪をひいたり偏頭痛の薬をもらいに行っておりますが
一度も嫌な気がしたことはありません。うちの家族も同意見です。
看護師さんも先生も皆さん親切丁寧です。人の感じ方ってそれぞれなんだな、と思います。
院内処方なのでラクですし、混んで欲しくないので人気になってもらいたいとかは別に思いませんが、私はこれからも行かせてもらおうと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レビューが酷いですが特に何も問題なく親切に対応してもらえました。熱が出たので翌朝電話して診てもらいました。朝早くて空いてたというのもあったかも知れませんが特に長時間待たされると言うこともなく、こちらの質問にも回答いただけて、コロナだった場合に備えて予備で多めに薬も処方頂けました。
専門医としてどうなのかは分かりませんが、一般的な内科としては全く問題なく、私は好感の持てる先生でした。
廊下で待っておく必要があったのですが建物の構造上あまり換気はされないみたいなので他の患者さんとの距離を取ることと、可能なら椅子をもう少し用意してもらえたらなと思ったぐらいでした。
