★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a frequent Uber eats customer to this place and finally made my way to actually eating at the restaurant for lunch.
There were a decent amount of people eating there but they did have proper COVID protocol in place which was nice.
Had the Toshomen lunch which came with a soup and dumpling bar. Good value and the food always does not disappoint. Be careful on the spiciness. I always go one lower than what I think I can tolerate here.

Beware this is not suitable for kids and people doesn't like smoke (no non-smoking). The air can be very spicy, you will probably cough a bit while there.
Service is a bit slow, especially when the food is so spicy and you asked water many times!
Until they Finally gave us a can of water.
