檀	檀上DANJO淳一JUNICHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナーに、店名と同じコースメニュー「古稀殿」を頂きました。店名を冠しているコース料理だけに、さすがの内容で、特にフカひれの姿煮はたっぷりとした量のフカひれを濃厚な餡がかかっており、非常に美味でした。また、デザートのプレートに抹茶の粉で「春」の文字が描かれており、桜海老のつゆそばとともに春を感じさせる目にも鮮やかな料理でした。店内の雰囲気はゆったりとして、テーブル間に十分なスペースが設けられており感染対策は十分な印象でした。また、客席間はついたてがあり、落ち着いて話ができる雰囲気でした。味も店内の様子もホテル内の高級料理店として十分申し分ない印象でした。再度来店したいお店でした。

y	yuki kanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今ではグランドプリンスホテル新高輪に店を構えるが、グランドプリンスホテル高輪にあった期間の方がずっと長く、プリンスホテル全体を代表する中国料理の名店と言って差し支えないだろう。初代高輪古稀殿の開店は1977年11月26日。1992年7月17日に和風別館3階に移転したが、和風別館を高輪花香路へ改装するため2016年1月に閉店。その約３週間後の1月27日に現在の場所に開店した。ここは元々「桃李」があったところで、それを改めて「古稀殿」にしたところにも深い意味があると思われる。古稀殿は、諸先輩方の間で話題に上がれば「あそこは美味しいよ」と必ず高評価であることからも、広く支持を得ていることが伺える。一方の桃李はというと、本場北京から料理人を引き抜くほどに力を入れたにもかかわらず、日本人にはあまり受けなかったようだ。現在の古稀殿は、広東料理をベースにしつつ、ホテル中国料理の王道を突き進んでおり、安心安定堅実というイメージ。店内は村野藤吾の基本デザインを崩すことなく活用しており、落ち着いた正統派レストランの雰囲気だ。数々のシグネチャー料理を持っているが、パラッとした炒飯が一番のお気に入り。 Now it has a store in Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, but the period it was in Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa is much longer, and it can be said that it is a famous Chinese restaurant that represents the entire Prince Hotel.
