s	syo ume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長津田タイヤによった帰り道で訪問。雑多に置かれたワイド版コミックス（サラリーマン金太郎や静かなるドン）の「これこれ、これが町中華のエンターテイメントなんだよ」感が良い。順番とか気にせずに置いてあるのがたまらない。日替わり定食をオーダー今日は麻婆豆腐白飯ザーサイ唐揚げ✖3個中華スープ麻婆豆腐は最近のトレンド麻辣に左右されることなく、昔ながらの甘口。だがそれが良い。豆腐は苦味や臭みの無い舌触りの良い絹。ご家庭で作るときは木綿のほうが楽だが、絹を使えるのは調理時にかき混ぜる回数が少なくて済むプロの技だなと思う。（素人の自分が絹で作るとぼろっぼろの麻婆豆腐になるゆえ）甘み→豆板醤の辛味→山椒のシビレと三段階来る味。でも最後のシビレが強くないのでいくらでも食べられる。最近は節操のない麻辣の使い方をする店が多くがっかりさせられるが、ここはギリギリシビレを持ち越さない。唐揚げはムチッとした胸肉。麻婆豆腐と相性が良い。スープは取り立てて抜群にうまい！というわけではないがさっぱりとしており、程よい主張。ここのお店の感想としては、押し付けのない「日本人が中華料理食べたいのってこれだよね？」という感じの料理が出てくる。気負わず食べられる、基本のできた中華料理店。また行きたい。 Visited on the way back by Nagatsuta Tire.
