菊	菊地貴志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで見て行ってみました。イオンモール春日部から春日部駅東口までのバスを途中の匠大塚前バス停で下りて行きました。駅からは徒歩でもそんなには遠くありません。匠大塚側の通りからも、もう一本駅寄りの通りからも、角には美容院がある路地を入った真ん中辺りにお店があります。匠大塚側の通りからなら、入って左側にお店があるのですが、棟続きの鍼灸治療院の看板が目立つので、ついつい通り過ぎてしまいました。何か立地的にも〝隠れ家〟みたい(笑)。週替わりパスタの｢ベーコンと山東菜のクリームソースパルミジャーノ風味フジッリ｣を食べました。とてもおいしい！！フジッリってパスタに詳しい人は知っていると思いますが、銃身の螺旋状のような形をしているからこの名前がついたというショートパスタです。家で作る時は、溝に挽き肉が入り込むのが良くて、よくミートソースで作りますけど、クリームソースも合うなあと思いました。山東菜って初めて聞いたけど、アブラナ科の青菜みたいですね。この日は杉戸産の物を使用していました。一階がカウンターみたいな調理場になっていて、シェフがそこで調理しているのですが、ランチは２階で食べます。夜はお任せ料理で完全予約制なのだそうですが、何か一階のカウンターに座る席はないのかな？そこでシェフとお話しながら飲み食いしたい。そんなシェフであり、お料理でした。 I went to see it here.
