★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園としてではなく周辺の花などの評価です。5月上旬上信越道より八重桜の並木がかなりの範囲で見れました。つられてこちらへ。歩行者・自転車専用になっています。土手（高台）にある八重桜はとても綺麗。菜の花咲いていたり千曲川近く山が見えるとても気持ちいい場所でした。リンゴ畑も数多くリンゴの花も丁度咲いており長野でしか見れない風景かなと思います。
It is not a park but an evaluation of the surrounding flowers. In early May, we were able to see a row of double-rowed cherry trees from the Joshinetsu Road in a considerable area. Taken here. It is exclusively for pedestrians and bicycles. The double cherry blossoms on the bank (elevation) are very beautiful. It was a very nice place to see the rape blossoms and the mountains near the Chikuma River. There are many apple fields and many apple flowers are in full bloom, so I think it's a scenery that can only be seen in Nagano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo lugar especialmente na primavera quando as flores de sakura estão maravilhosas. Tem lugar para estacionar. Fazer caminhada apreciando as flores ou fazer picnic embaixo das árvores floridas. Infelizmente em outubro de 2019 o rio transbordou e inundou toda essa parte baixa deixando coberta de terra.
Beautiful place especially in the spring when the sakura flowers are wonderful. There is space to park. Go for a walk enjoying the flowers or have a picnic under the flowering trees. Unfortunately in October 2019 the river overflowed and flooded all this low part leaving it covered with earth.
