受付の方達は親切です。
皮膚科にて肌荒れを診てもらいましたが、処方してもらって薬がとても合っていたのか、長年悩んでいたニキビがかなり減りました。
診てもらっている女性の先生はクールな印象ですが、要望等伝えても嫌な顔せず聞いてもらえます。
エレベーターがなくベビーカー等は手持ちであげる必要があります。クリニックに電話すると受付の方が下まで降りてきて手伝ってくれます。

認定専門医ということだったので、一度相談に行ってみることにしました。
院長先生が女性の先生ということもありましたが、何よりも私の話をすごくよく聞いてくれたので、すごく安心できました。
そして、いくつかの方法を丁寧に説明してくれたうえで、「貴女には、この方法が一番ですよ」という形でお話しいただけたので、納得して手術をお願いしました。
手術の跡も、自分が思っていたよりもキレイになっているので、今まで悩んでいたのがバカらしいぐらい、とても満足しています。
本当にこちらのクリニックにお願いしてよかったです。

予約でしか行ってませんが、待たされることもなく効率的でスムーズです。受付の方も看護師さんもとっても親しみやすく、親切です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前に傷跡の手術でこちらに伺ったのですが、他の病院より圧倒的に料金が安く先生の腕もよかったです。傷跡もほとんどなくなりとても満足です。手術後の診療も全て無料でやってくれました。とても患者さん思いのいい先生です。
他の口コミに受付の人の態度が悪いとありましたが全然そんなことなかったです。
手術後の傷を４針しか縫ってもらっていないと言う口コミを見かけましたが、通常だとそんなことはあり得ないです。ここ以外でも常識ではありえません。虚偽か何かの勘違いだと思うので、その口コミは無視することをお勧めします。

その後、変更後の日程に急遽外せない仕事が入ってしまい、その代わり別日に休みが取れたのでそちらに変更していただけないか打診すると、変更していただける事に。
2度も日程変更となり、都度申し訳ないことの謝罪と変更に対する感謝を伝え最終決定となりましたが、何故か突然病院都合でキャンセルされました。
理由を聞くと、度重なるキャンセルで信頼関係が築けないため…って。
いや分かりますけど、そもそもキャンセルではなく日程変更ですし、都度連絡取り合って了承してくれたじゃん。
こちらにも非があったとはいえ、1度承った約束を後から断るなんて聞いたこともないわ。
最終決定をされたのが医者ということで、その方の名前をお伺いしたのに、「今はあざみ野医院の方にいますのでぇ〜」と、イミフな回答ありがとうございました。
こちらのせいにしてキャンセルしたかったようですが、実際開ける場所が複雑なので施術出来ないと後から判断したのでは？と思わざるを得ません。
話の流れがおかしすぎなので、本当に2度の日程変更が理由なら、2度目の変更をお願いした時点で断って欲しかったです。
予約が取れたので、必要と言われたピアスも購入したのに、無駄になった。
