メールで呼び出されて行っても30分以上待たされる時はあるし、遅刻しようものなら順番はキャンセルされ、その場の順番の最後に回されてしまいます。
どうにかして欲しいものです。
 The booking system here is really terrible.
Even if it is called by e-mail, there are times when you have to wait for 30 minutes or more, and if you try to be late, the order will be canceled and it will be sent to the end of the order on the spot.
I want you to do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最新の医療機器が揃っており、web予約も出来て大変便利。先生も優しく腕も確かで、看護師さん方も親切丁寧な対応をしてくれます。

すぐ呼ばれると思ったのだが
呼ばれたのは一時間半過ぎた頃。
予約していない新規（新規は予約できない）が何故か
先に呼ばれて会計まで終えてるし。
全く全く呼ばれない私。
他のお客もまだですか？と受付に
問い合わせていた。その人は受付一桁代の人で、不信感だった様。
新規の人が先っておかしくない？
予約システムおかしすぎ。
予約の意味全くない。
先並んでた人の方が早く呼ばれるの？
意味わからなすぎるシステム。
ちゃんと順番呼ばれる仕組みを
提示してください。
予約優先ではないのかきちんと
書いておいて。
不信感しかない。
受付の人は従業員同士クスクスして
いるし、感じ悪い。
これ予約システム崩壊してます。
至急直してほしい。
未だに呼ばれるのが何順なのか
謎。
なぜ一時間半も待たなくては
ならなかったのか謎すぎる。
書いていても不信感ばかり
もう行くことはないかな。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて受診。想像以上に綺麗で驚きました。先生が本当に親身になってくれて、説明もわかりやすく良かったです。
星４つなのは、料金が高い。。。
でもこれは、行政に頑張って診察料無料にしてもらうしかないんですけどね。
料金のぞけば、大満足です！
良かったのですが、魚の目で受診したのですが、毎回グリグリ削られて治らず、、、
別の病気に行ったら、ウィルス性のイボでした。全然分からないくらい小さかったのに、グリグリやられて気をが入って、今はひどいことに、、、先生の雰囲気は良かったのですが、治らないのであれば、、通っても意味ないかも、。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出産し里帰り中に娘の顔や身体に発疹ができたため急遽近くの皮膚科を探して受診。
Drの診察がとても丁寧で感激しました。
もちろん看護師さんや受付の方も親切で自宅からだと1時間はかかるのですが今も定期的に受診しています。
ネット予約できるので待ち時間も少なくてとても有難いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診。午後受診しました。初診は予約できないので15:15分くらいに直接来院しました。
先生は若めの男性でラフな印象。
受付してカルテを書いたらすぐに呼ばれ、滞在時間20分くらいだったかなと思います。自分はニキビで受診しましたが、ついでに子どもの皮膚炎（小児科に通ってる）についてポロッと質問したところかなり親身になって話してくれました。待ち時間少なく、親身になって対応してもらえたので、通おうと思いました。つぎは子どもを連れてこようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind Doctor (speaks no English) and kind receptionists and modern/stylish interior. Clinic is very popular and especially on Saturday extremely busy and crowded that there are sometimes not even free seats in the waiting area.
