でもマスターが1人なので料理などは時間がかかる。
とはいえアルコールは早めに出してくれるのであまり気にはなりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張時、仕事を終えて日付が変わる前、寝付けの一杯飲みたく。行きつけの店が閉まってたので、帰路で見つけて入店。他のお客さんは居らず、カウンターでモヒートをいただきました。
深夜2時までの開店は有難い。酒の種類が少ないのはパブ風の店になんで仕方ないにしてもモヒートの炭酸がボケボケ。
一番NGなのは店長が無愛想な事。話し下手でも客商売の基本ですからね。
When I am on a business trip, I want to drink a full night's sleep before finishing the work and changing the date. Since the store of the end was closed, I find it on the way back and enter the store. There were no other customers and I got mojito at the counter.
Opening until 2 o'clock at midnight is welcome. There aren't many types of sake in pub-style shops, so even if you can't help it, Mojito's carbonic acid is blurred.
The most NG thing is that the store manager is unfriendly. Even if you are not good at talking, it's the basis of customer business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アヒージョには野沢菜漬けが刻んで入ってます。代わり種アヒージョ。ドリンクやフードメニューも充実。ただ、マスターが一人で接客しているので混雑時はフードやドリンクの提供に時間がかかります。
