★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「おいり」というまぁるい伝統菓子がのった「おいり牛乳ソフト」を食べました。
牛乳ソフトはとっても濃厚なミルク味で美味しかったし、カラフルな「おいり」の
何とも言えないサクッとした食感と
口に入れた瞬間に溶けてソフトクリームの邪魔しない程度の甘さが良かったです。
ただ、店員さん2人ともびっくりするくらい無愛想でがっかりでした。
マイナス⭐イチです。
何か嫌なことでもあったのかな？
今度は笑顔で接客お願いしますね。
 I ate "Oiri milk soft" with a traditional sweet pastry called "Oiri".

【所感】
店内には、大町市の松田牛乳の瓶が飾ってありました。
名称からはミルク感を前に出したスッキリ系かと
思いましたが、どちらかというと濃縮されたうまみのあるタイプのソフトクリームだと感じました。
形は最近流行っている断面の丸いタイプで、この手のソフトクリームは密度の濃いしっかりしたものが多い印象です。
店内はそれほど広くないので、外には行列ができていました。観光客にもアプローチしやすい立地ですので、週末などは少し提供までの時間がかかる事があるかもしれません。
まだこちらは食べれていませんが、同じ牛乳を使ったプリンが当店の看板メニューのようです。
プリンの上にソフトクリームが乗っているプリンパフェも人気のようでした。

Inside the store, there was a bottle of Matsuda milk from Omachi City.
From the name, it's a refreshing type that gives a feeling of milk.
I thought, but I felt that it was a rather concentrated and umami type soft serve ice cream.
The shape is a round-section type that is popular these days, and I get the impression that many soft serve ice creams of this type are dense and firm.
The inside of the store is not so large, so there was a line outside. The location is easy for tourists to approach, so it may take some time to serve on weekends.
I haven't eaten this yet, but the pudding using the same milk seems to be our signature menu.
The crimson parfait with soft serve ice cream on top of the pudding was also popular.

子供達にお土産・・・と思い、信州プリン工房に寄りました。
ぶどう?好きな下の娘のために " ナガノパープル "と " シャインマスカット " を。
シンプルなプリンが好きな上の娘には " ぷれーん " と " 城プリン " を。
私用に " まろん " ?を選びました。
プリンは今流行のトロトロ系ですが、やや硬さも残すタイプで美味しいです?。
上に乗った " まろん" は栗のシロップ漬けですが、これが絶品❣
娘が食べた " ナガノパープル " と " シャインマスカット " もぶどう自体の弾力を残す絶品だったそうです。
お土産にお薦めです❕

I stopped by Shinshu Pudding Kobo, thinking that it would be a souvenir for the children.
Grape ? "Nagano Purple" and "Shine Muscat" for my favorite younger daughter.
For older daughters who like simple pudding, "Puren" and "Castle pudding".
I chose "Maron" ? for me.
The pudding is a trendy toro-toro type, but it is delicious because it retains some hardness ?.
The "Maron" on the top is pickled in chestnut syrup, but this is excellent ❣
The "Nagano Purple" and "Shine Muscat" that my daughter ate were exquisite, leaving the elasticity of the grapes themselves.
Recommended for souvenirs ❕
