和装、洋装を一着づつで、八切り写真4枚を一冊と、データを購入しました。
撮影はカメラマンさんがフランクな方なので、緊張せず楽しくて行えて良かったです。
写真の出来上がりに1ヶ月。いざ開けてみたら選んだ写真とは違う。 電話連絡をし差し替えをお願いしました。 出来上がり次第連絡を下さるとの事でしたが連絡は無く、2週間後にこちらから確認し出来上がっていらるとの事でした。
いざ、取りに行った際も頭を下げる事も無く、軽い感じに謝罪をされました。 大切な思い出を作るものに、不快な思い出がプラスされましたので評価は低めにしました。

I bought 4 pieces of 8 cut photos and data for each kimono and western clothing.
Since the photographer is a frank photographer, it was good to be happy and enjoyable without being nervous.
One month to complete the photo. If you open it, it will be different from the selected photo. I contacted the phone and asked for a replacement. It was said that we would contact you as soon as it was completed, but there was no contact, and it was confirmed that it was completed after 2 weeks.
When I went there, I apologized for the light feeling without bowing. Since unpleasant memories were added to those that make important memories, the evaluation was lowered.
