★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は期間限定のストロベリーフェアに完全予約制にて行ってきました。３種のいちごの食べ放題にスイーツとパスタなどの料理総合的にうまかった！満足です。その辺のべたなバイキングのお店と違って全然良かったです。新しい料理が来ても早くとらないとあっというまになくなるからびっくりです。笑
Today I went to the strawberry fair for a limited time by reservation only. All-you-can-eat of 3 kinds of strawberries, sweets and pasta, etc. were delicious overall! I'm satisfied. It was really good, unlike the sticky buffet shops around here. I'm surprised that even if a new dish comes, it will disappear in a blink of an eye if you don't take it early. Lol

こちらがお伝えしていたことがそちらの事情で対応できなくなったにも関わらず申し訳ありませんの言葉のみで全く気持ちの伝わらないものでした。
お詫びは何がいいですかみたいな感じで腹立たしかったです。お詫びしたいと思うなら出来ることをするだろうと思うし相手に聞くものですかね。そもそも要望にこたえられてないのに。
何人ものスタッフにたらい回しにされましたが、上の人間ほど見下して諦めるのを待ってるような対応で何もかも最悪でした。

The apology was annoying as if I was wondering what to do. If you want to apologize, I think you'll do what you can and ask the other person. Even though I haven't responded to my request in the first place.
I was fooled by a number of staff, but everything was terrible because the people above were looking down and waiting to give up.
