★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春日部の寿司屋で、主人は元サラリーマンらしい。いつもお任せで頼むけど、刺身もにぎりも美味しくて、家に戻るとたいてい2キロ増えている。
日本酒も黒龍、八海山など美味しい酒がありますよ。席はカウンターがメインだから、電話してから行った方がいいよ。
The owner is a former salaryman at a sushi restaurant in Kasukabe. I always ask for it, but both the sashimi and the nigiri are delicious, and when I return home, it usually increases by two kilograms.
There are also delicious sake such as Black Dragon and Hakkaisan. Since the seat is mainly at the counter, it is better to go after calling.

店の雰囲気も良く、常連さんもたくさんいらっしゃるようで、とても居心地がよいお店なんだと思います。
握りについては、シャリは柔らかめに炊いて、固めに握られるようです。
好みが別れるところですねぇ。
でも客層に年配の方が多いみたいなので、お店にあったベストな炊き具合なのかもしれません。
私はシヤッキりホロリ派です( ´ﾟдﾟ｀)ｱﾁｬｰ
