堀	堀金研吾 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで一番良いものでも2400円です。これで握り9貫に巻物半分(4個)、茶碗蒸しと甘エビの頭が入ったお味噌汁にプチデザートが付いています。初めての時、最初に出して頂いたお茶がとても美味しくて、経験からこのお店は期待出来ると感じました。板場の職人さん達は無駄の無い洗練された手付きと立ち居振舞いが見ていて気持ち良いだけでなく、仕事が一段落しても休憩等せずに仕込み等の仕事を常にしている印象です。それだけ丁寧に手を掛けたお寿司が美味しくない訳がありません。お寿司だけでなく茶碗蒸しやお味噌汁も本当に美味しく頂けます。仲居さん達も気さくで良く気が付く上に必要以上に干渉してきません。一流の仕事をこのお値段で味わえるのはとても有り難い事です。 The best thing for lunch is 2400 yen. M	MO MO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、お寿司が食べたいとこちらにお邪魔しました。店内はとてもきれいに清掃されており、雰囲気も良かったです。私達は小上がりに案内されましたが、若い女性の店員さんの接客に感動しました。最近は膝を曲げず、少し屈む程度や腰を曲げる程度で注文を受ける店員さんも多い中彼女は注文毎に靴を脱ぎ膝を曲げ、丁寧に注文を受けてくれるのです。お寿司の味はさることながら、彼女の接客に心まで温かくなりました。ぜひまた行きたいと思います。
